Welcome to the bdl88 platform. The terms and conditions listed below ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bdl88 and its users. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted each clause of these Terms.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the bdl88 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's own login-protected profile.
• "Gaming Services" refers to slots, casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all similar entertainment services.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, welcome bonuses, and cashback benefits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bdl88's services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must register a valid account in your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity is not permitted.
• Each user may hold only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a direct violation of bdl88 policy.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.

bdl88 reserves the right to request identity verification or submission of additional documents at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following applies in this regard:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You will be held responsible for any activity conducted from your account, unless it can be proven that it resulted from a technical error on bdl88's part.
• Operating accounts for multiple individuals from the same device is not permitted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bdl88 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Using the correct payment reference at the time of deposit is mandatory.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit into the account.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• bdl88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious or irregular activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in other currencies.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After new registration at bdl88, a 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳54,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit + bonus amount). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own terms and validity period, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is detected, bdl88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus on that account and, if necessary, suspend the account.

6. VIP Program

The bdl88 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier upgrades are determined based on bdl88's internal assessment. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week and a wagering requirement may also apply to it.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdl88 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Attempting to access the platform's software or data without authorization.
• Operating games using any automated software (bots) or scripts.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

If any such activity is detected, bdl88 reserves the right to close the relevant account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdl88 is committed to ensuring responsible gaming at all times. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment only, not a financial solution. In this regard:

• Users may access the option to set their own deposit limits.
• A request to temporarily or permanently close an account can be made if needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdl88 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of bdl88 or is used under an authorized license. Reuse, republication, or distribution of any part of this content without prior permission is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bdl88's Privacy Policy applies to the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information. We use SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. Your information is not sold to any third party.

11. Service Disruption & Limitation of Liability

bdl88 strives to provide the highest quality of service; however, service may be disrupted in the following circumstances:

• Technical maintenance or upgrade work.
• Errors by third-party payment gateways or game providers.
• Internet connectivity or infrastructure issues.
• Any circumstances beyond bdl88's control (force majeure).

bdl88's liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by the above reasons is limited. However, if a financial loss occurs in an account due to a technical error, it will be resolved following an investigation.

12. Account Closure & Termination

A user may request to close their account at any time. In that case:

• Any remaining withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Any bonus funds whose wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.
• Re-registration after account closure is at bdl88's discretion.

bdl88 also reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bdl88 and a user, an initial attempt will be made to resolve it through our support team. If this process does not lead to a resolution, both parties will resolve the matter through mutual discussion. bdl88's decision will be considered final, with a guarantee of fairness and impartiality.

14. Changes to Terms

bdl88 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via notification. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered evidence of acceptance of the updated terms.
